Register for the Walk - April 15th, Palm Island Park, 10am
To register for the walk, please make the minimum donation of $30 per student/child, $50 per adult or $100 per family. After your donation is complete, please fill out our registration form below. Walkers: you will not be registered to walk unless you complete both steps.
